NEW YORK, March 17, 2025 – Euclid Transactional, LLC (“Euclid Transactional”), a leading managing general agent focused on transactional insurance underwriting and claims handling, today announced that it has exceeded $1 billion in claims payments made to clients.
This milestone comes after an active 2024, in which Euclid Transactional resolved 47 claims resulting in payments totaling more than $306.6 million. Euclid Transactional, which was founded in 2016, has observed an increase in claims activity and payments in recent years commensurate with the increased M&A activity experienced globally during 2021 and 2022. Euclid also observed an increase in claims severity related to claims arising from this period in its 2024 Global Claims Study, released in October 2024.
