The Euclid Transactional, LLC LGBTQ+ ERG was founded in July 2022

Mission Statement

The Mission of the LGBTQ+ ERG at Euclid Transactional, LLC is to be an accessible Safe Space and resource for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex, asexual and all other queer identities and marginalized identities (“LGBTQ+”) in the workplace. This ERG will regularly discuss topics relating to LGBTQ+ issues in the workplace, LGBTQ+ issues in the M&A industry, and other LGBTQ+ social issues all while centering the queer voices of the company. This ERG will act as an advisory panel to senior management to assist in their efforts to support and diversify staff. This ERG will aim to connect with other companies LGBTQ+ groups in effort to engage, learn, and collaborate within the industry. This ERG will be a Safe Space within the company where all Euclid employees can be welcomed to learn, educate, connect, and support one another.
