PARIS, Jan. 10, 2024 – Euclid Transactional, a leading managing general agent focused on transactional insurance underwriting, today announced the opening of its new Paris office which will be led by Senior Vice President, Victoria Régis. The new office will further expand the firm’s capabilities in France and build on its substantial expertise across the United Kingdom (UK), continental Europe, and the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
Victoria joined Euclid Transactional in September 2023 with more than a decade of experience advising private equity firms, venture capital firms and international corporates on French domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, including advising on and structuring Warranty & Indemnity (W&I) Policies. Prior to joining Euclid Transactional, Victoria worked for leading independent French law firm Jeantet, as well as global legal firms Morgan Lewis and Bird & Bird.

Victoria will be joined by analyst Eva Al Awar who has a Bachelor of Laws – LLM in French and European Business Law.
Euclid Transactional’s EMEA practice has grown significantly since its inception in 2018 and today features more than 45 team members across offices in London, Frankfurt, Stockholm, Copenhagen and Paris. The Paris office officially opened its doors on January 1, 2024, and is Euclid Transactional’s eighth global office.
Since its founding, Euclid Transactional EMEA has underwritten over 1,200 transactional risk policies, insuring deals with a combined value of over GBP 868 billion.
