Euclid Transactional saw a record-setting month of April for global representation and warranty/warranty and indemnity insurance (RWI) submission volumes and policies bound, demonstrating a strong start to Q2 following a historically high first quarterfor both global RWI submission volumes and bound policies.
Euclid received 1,014 global RWI submissions in April 2026, which reflects the highest April volume in our history and a 22% increase year-over-year. Coming off the tails of a first quarter record in RWI submission volumes, April submission volume exceeded each individual month of Q1 2026 and is the fifth highest monthly volume Euclid has seen since our inception. We bound 139 global RWI policies in April 2026, the highest in any April in our history and up 38% year-over-year. The average enterprise value of global RWI submissions in April 2026 was $391.16M, down 10% year-over-year and 5% month-over-month, signaling a slight decline in large deals that may be attributable to ongoing geopolitical conflicts but an overall resilient M&A environment.
Euclid Transactional released its 2025 Global RWI Claims Study earlier this year, covering the twelve month period ended June 30, 2025 in which Euclid paid $314 million in claims to clients, our busiest 12 month period ever for claims payments. Euclid has now paid over $1.6 billion in RWI claims to clients and counting.
